Dinner...........
Mee kuning beli dari orang kampung Negeri Sembilan masih ada lagi dalam peti ais, nak buat apa la plak? google la cari resepi Mee Kari Nyonya....
Adus panjang-panjang la plak resepi korang ni, aku ada masa dlm sejam je nak memasak....kalau dpt masak 1/2 jam lagi bagus....mmm ada pun resepi yang simple. Aku print,highlight barang2 yg nak dibeli n simpan dalam hangbag sat lagi masa ambil anak2 boleh beli dekat kedai bahan-bahan tu.
Setengah jam di dapur tadi dah inilah hasilnya, bukan saja nampak sedap tapi memang sedap. Aku tak puji masakan aku tapi aku puji kepada pemberi resepi. Thanks ya Onigiri di my resepi.
Nak tidur sebab dah kenyang....
ha???..la ada yg nak ke resepi ni...aku dah ubah sikit2..yang warna kuning tu aku ubah n tambah...pergilah buat...jimat pun jimat

- 1 kilo mee kuning
- 2 sudu besar serbuk kari
- 2 sudu besar cili kisar
- 1/4 bawang besar
- 2 biji bawang putih
- beberapa tangkai daun kesum
- sedikit daun kari
- satu paket Fish ball
- 3 cawan santancair
- 1 keping kayu manis
- 2 kuntum bunga lawang
- 1/4 ekor ayam di cincang kasar
- sawi, taugeh, telur dan bawang goreng sebagai pelengkap.
- udang
- tauhu bulat (yg siap goreng tu..aku x tahulah apa nama dia)
Cara-cara
- Mula-mula kisar bawang besar dan bawang putih higga hancur, kemudian tumis dengan kulit kayu manis dan bunga lawang hingga naik bau.
- serbuk kari dibuat pes dengan mencampurkan cili kisar dan tumis bersama bahan kisar tadi dan masukkan daun kari. tumis hingga garing dan pecah minyak.
- masukkan ayam dan kacau sebentar. kemudian masukkan santan dan fish ball,udang,tauhu bulat . kacau sentiasa.
- bila kuah telah menggelegak, masukkan daun kesum dan sesuaikan rasa, tambah garam atau gula jika perlu. aku x pakai gula
- rebus telur, celur sawi, mee kuning dan taugeh sebagai pelengkap mee kari nyonya. rasa mee kari ni mmg lain dr yang lain dan tak muak bila memakannya. boleh juga ditabur sedikt bawang goreng. Selamat mencuba.

Weight Watcher
Sudah beberapa hari aku asyik googling utk mencari info mengenai Weight Watchers.
Hajat hati nak join online Weight Watcher tapi aku terjumpa pula banyak info-info yang mungkin akan menjimatkan duit.
Secara amnya weight watcher ni aku pernah cuba cuma versi klinik Malaysia punya, doctor bagi aku buku dengan senarai makanan yang aku boleh makan mengikut point. Contohnya point aku ialah 20 untuk sehari so aku cuma boleh makan makanan yang mengandungi 20 point saja.
Pada yang berminat bolehla cuba step ni….
Step to be taken :-
Kira berapa point kita dibenarkan untuk makan dalam satu hari.
(Cara untuk mengira aku copy dari yahoo answer )
"1. Are you female?- score 2 Male?- score 8 A nursing mom?- score 12
2. How old are you? 17-26- score 4 27-37- score 3 38-47- score 2 48-58- score 1 over 58- score 0
3.What do you weigh? Enter the first two digits of your weight in pounds. (for example, if you weight 199, you will add 19 to your score)
4. How tall are you? Under 5’1- score 0 5’1-5’10- score 1 Over 5’10- score 2
5. How do you spend most of your day? Sitting down? score 0 Occasionally sitting? score 2 Walking most of the time? score 4 Doing physically hard work most of the time? score
6 Now add them all together and that’s your daily total."
XX Jumlah ini adalah point yang aku boleh makan setiap hari tapi ada tambahan 35 point dalam seminggu, maksudnya dalam sehari aku boleh makan xx point + 5 point atau boleh juga redeem point tersebut dalam mana-mana hari asalkan dalam masa 7 hari. Kwim?
Bila dah tahu individu point, kena tahu pula berapa point dalam setiap hidangan. Ada banyak website untuk kita semak jumlah point dalam setiap hidangan, Cuma google saja. Untuk permulaan aku jumpa website ni http://quiddity.cc/rachel/diet/wwfoods.htm

Tapi aku dah decide nak buat light exercise, then baru start berat-berat..jogging and aerobic kat opis aku ni ha…then kena ringan2 tulang lagi mengemas rumah sebersih-bersihnya.
Kalau boleh buatla group so kita boleh bincang sama, timbang setiap minggu, and belajar resepi2 baru.
Kalau nak senang google saja resepi untuk weight watcher…berlambak-lambak link sedia untuk diterokai….

how bout
Im thinking to do something bout this blog, I havent scrap much lately but I do a lot of other things. Might update here as well.... might change the language as well...maybe just mix the languange and topic and do what so ever I like....still thinking...

Here is what you will need for sure:
3 co-ordinating pps
2 co-ordinating cs
3 photos ( that can be cropped if you need to)
co-ordinating embellies of your choice
Step 2
Cut mats for our photos with one of your cs...the other cs will be your base. All 3 photos WILL go in one page so if you need to crop your photos do that now too!
Step 9 - The Final Step
Add your title, journaling and circle flowers. Add any other embellues that you want.

From your 3 pps cut a piece of each.. one at 8 x 5, one at 5 x 4 and one at 9 x 2

Using the same 3 pp's I want you to cut 2 circles from each one but they need to be different sizes and the biggest shouldn't be be bigger then 2 1/2 inches byt it's up to you. I also want you to cut 3 different size circles from the cs that you used to mat your photos.

Take your circles and crinkle them up and then open them back up. When done with that I want you to ink all your edges....the circles, the pieces of pp, your mats and your base.

Take all your circles and make 2 piles. Take one from each cs and pp's and stack them from largest to smallest. When you are happy with the way you have them adhere them together with a brad in the center.

Take your photos and adhere them to your mats. Take your 3 pieces of cut pps and adhere them to your base cs.
